Executive Chef

About the role

Arcadian Cafe, a leading casual fine‑dining brand in Lahore, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead its kitchen operations across five locations. This full‑time, on‑site position will shape the menu, uphold food quality, and drive the brand’s culinary excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design, update and implement menus featuring Asian fusion and continental dishes while ensuring consistent presentation.
• Supervise food preparation and coordinate with front‑of‑house teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Lead, train and mentor kitchen brigades, manage staffing schedules and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Control food costs, optimise inventory, and liaise with suppliers to maintain efficient kitchen workflows.
• Enforce food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards across all locations.

Required profile

• Several years of senior culinary experience in upscale or casual fine‑dining environments.
• Formal culinary education or certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Lahore’s dining landscape and guest preferences.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume, fast‑paced kitchen operations.
