Executive Corporate Sales – Operations & Coordination

About the role

The Executive Corporate Sales professional provides operational and coordination support to the Corporate Sales function, ensuring seamless interaction between design, supply chain, production, site, and installation teams. This role manages the full order lifecycle from booking through delivery and installation, maintaining accurate system records and facilitating timely project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Corporate Sales Manager in day‑to‑day order and project management.
• Coordinate with Design for drawings, BOQs, specifications and revisions.
• Liaise with SCM, Production, Warehouse and Logistics to monitor material availability and delivery schedules.
• Work with Site and Installation teams to schedule and track project execution and completion.
• Create and maintain sales orders and related transactions in SAP according to SOPs.
• Generate picklists and ensure timely material issuance and dispatch.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of orders, deliveries, installations and operational activities.
• Provide regular progress updates, flag delays and bottlenecks to the Sales Manager.
• Prepare sales reports, project status updates and presentations as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in sales operations, coordination, order management or project support.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration abilities.
