Executive Customer Operations – Wapda Town

About the role

PTCL Group is seeking an Executive Customer Operations professional to lead field and customer operations for the Wapda Town Exchange area. You will ensure timely service provisioning for new fiber‑to‑the‑home (FF) and copper customers, drive network rehabilitation, and support the migration to advanced broadband solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage field and customer operations, meeting service KPIs for new FF and copper customers.
• Oversee rehabilitation of FF/Copper networks to improve customer experience and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly migration targets.
• Prepare data for new FF network planning and deployment in service‑affecting areas.
• Handle PSTN, DSL, IPTV, FF, and GPON‑related issues; monitor and improve GPON CHI.
• Mobilize maintenance teams promptly for fault resolution and ensure HSE compliance.
• Compile operational data across domain, division, and region.

Required profile

• BS Engineering in Telecommunication, Electrical, Electronics, Computer, Software, Computer Science, Networking or related field.
• Technical competency in network planning and project management.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint and databases.
• Experience in operation & maintenance of MSAG, NGN, IP and GPON networks.
• Experience in operation & maintenance of AC/DC power plants.
