Executive - Customer Success

About the role
The Executive - Customer Success partners with clients to fuse data, science, and expertise, delivering actionable insights and measurement to support business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Summarize and visualize sales, consumer, and market data in tables, charts, and graphs.
- Conduct in‑depth analysis, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and build compelling client reports and presentations.
- Maintain cyclical reports, dashboards, and analytical deliverables, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
- Develop strong client relationships, support day‑to‑day communication, and present findings confidently in meetings.
Required profile
- Highly motivated, self‑directed, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical mind with excellent numerical and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- University degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics or related field (post‑graduate preferred).
- Business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
