Executive Sales

About the role

PTCL is a leading technology and telecommunications provider in Pakistan, committed to innovation and inclusive culture. The Executive Sales role drives monthly sales targets, manages a high‑performing team, and supports the expansion of PTCL’s retail network across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly sales targets and monitor daily individual performance of the sales team.
• Conduct field visits with sales FSA to improve throughput and sales pitch.
• Mobilize the team to focus on DDS, KIOSK, and M1/M2 billings.
• Distribute territory sales targets efficiently across teams and regions.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and timely installation with business operation teams.
• Expand the retail network and ensure compliance with trade marketing and channel policies.
• Follow up on bill payments for new customers and identify improvement areas in sales channels.
• Conduct sales trainings and awareness sessions to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• BBA, BSc, Engineering or equivalent degree, or relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and distribution.
• Excellent business understanding and knowledge of sales processes.
• Technical competency in MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
