Executive Sales Representative

About the role

The Executive Sales Representative will work full‑time on‑site in Rawalpindi, driving new business for REXEN Consultancy by identifying opportunities, managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Manage a sales pipeline and conduct client meetings to present services.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and close deals.
• Prospect through calls and emails and maintain accurate sales records.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to shape client solutions.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.
• Build long‑term client relationships and represent the company at relevant meetings and events.

Required profile

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, qualification and deal closing.
• Client relationship management ability to understand needs and tailor solutions.
• Effective communication and presentation skills for confident pitching.
• Basic understanding of marketing and creative services to align proposals.
• Proficiency in using CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Relevant experience in sales or account management, preferably in consultancy, marketing or creative services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
