Executive Undergraduate Programs Coordinator

About the role

The Executive Undergraduate Programs SMCS will support the academic, administrative, and operational management of undergraduate programs (BS Computer Science and BS Mathematics). The role ensures effective coordination, student support, timely academic processes, accurate records, and compliance with academic standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Manager, SMCS and Undergraduate Program Coordinators in academic and operational matters.
• Facilitate student registration, academic support, and progression monitoring.
• Coordinate undergraduate final year project processes, including proposals, evaluations, and defenses.
• Assist with curriculum coordination, admissions, orientations, seminars, workshops, and academic events.
• Maintain student records, academic data, course information, and program documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in academic administration, program coordination, or student affairs.

Required skills

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and academic management systems.
