About the role
The Experience Admission Officer will work full‑time on‑site in Faisalabad District, advising prospective students on international admission requirements, application procedures and program options. The role involves direct consultations, document review and coordination with overseas institutions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct in‑person, phone and digital consultations with applicants.
- Review academic documents and guide students through application forms and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate student records and provide timely follow‑up.
- Support outreach activities, information sessions and internal process improvements.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
- Knowledge of international admissions, visa processes and scholarship opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Business or related field (beneficial).
- Ability to manage multiple cases, meet deadlines and work on‑site in Faisalabad.
Required skills
- Proficiency with office software.
- Experience using databases and online communication tools.
