About the role

We are looking for an experienced Hajj & Umrah Consultant / Travel Agent to join our Lahore office. The role involves providing expert guidance and managing travel arrangements for pilgrims, ensuring a seamless and spiritually rewarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end sales and bookings for Hajj and Umrah packages.
• Advise clients on travel itineraries, visa requirements, and pilgrimage regulations.
• Process airline tickets in compliance with ticketing rules and fare structures.
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate with airlines, hotels, and service providers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any travel‑related issues promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in the Umrah travel industry.
• Proven Hajj and Umrah sales experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Required skills

• Knowledge of airline ticketing rules & regulations.
• Understanding of airline fare structures.
