Lucky Cement Limited is seeking a reliable and experienced home‑based cook to prepare hygienic, tasty meals for its staff in Karachi. The role involves planning and cooking breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks while adhering to dietary preferences and strict food‑safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks according to set menus and dietary instructions.
• Cook a variety of cuisines with focus on flavor, presentation and nutrition.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen tools, equipment and work areas.
• Manage grocery usage, monitor inventory and communicate supply needs promptly.
• Store food safely following food‑safety guidelines to preserve freshness.
• Follow special dietary requirements, including allergies and specific nutritional guidelines.
• Control portion sizes to manage costs and reduce waste.
• Keep accurate records of meals prepared, ingredient usage and inventory.
• Continuously update cooking knowledge and techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of professional food‑preparation experience.
• Strong commitment to hygiene, safety and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently without team supervision.
• Attention to detail in following dietary and nutritional instructions.
