Experienced Sales Executive – Freight Brokerage

About the role

We are seeking experienced sales agents to join our growing freight brokerage team. The role focuses on generating new business, promoting our trucking and transportation services, and converting leads into long‑term customers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and generate new business opportunities.
• Promote trucking and transportation services to potential clients.
• Follow up with leads, convert them into customers, and build strong client relationships.
• Identify new sales opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide suitable solutions.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with excellent English proficiency.
• 1–3+ years of experience in truck dispatch, logistics, freight, transportation, or related sales.
• Strong negotiation and customer‑handling abilities.
• Target‑oriented, motivated personality with a proven sales track record (preferred).
