Expert Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

The Expert Learning & Development professional will partner with divisional teams and learning champions across JazzWorld to translate business priorities into high‑quality learning content, sessions, and AI‑enabled delivery. Reporting to the Manager of Leadership Development, this individual contributor role focuses on designing and delivering impactful learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for divisional learning support and design dedicated programmes that address specific business needs.
• Author and build instructionally sound learning content, including interactive and gamified experiences such as scenarios, simulations, and micro‑learning.
• Design, deliver, and broadcast multi‑format learning sessions, managing content creation and logistics.
• Identify repetitive manual L&D processes and automate them using AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Apply varied learning techniques—scenario‑based, micro‑learning, spaced reinforcement, gamification—to boost engagement and knowledge retention.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in learning and development.
• Business‑fluent, tech‑savvy, and able to quickly absorb business context and translate it into structured learning content.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a customer‑service attitude toward senior leaders.
• Proactive in identifying manual work and prototyping AI‑enabled solutions without needing deep engineering expertise.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with authoring software.
• Basic graphic design and animation tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools, cloud computing, process automation, and enterprise data platforms.
