About the role
Join Cargo Solution Services in Karachi as the leader of the export sales team, driving growth in international freight forwarding and managing client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the export sales team.
- Develop and implement export sales strategies.
- Generate new export freight business and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate freight rates and follow up on leads.
- Coordinate with Operations and Customer Services teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2–3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of export logistics and freight services.
- Leadership, team‑management and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑motivated and target‑oriented.
