About the role

Manage and oversee daily operations of the Daraz Last mile Hub, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient communication among teams. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, driving growth and customer satisfaction in the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the hub.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align on goals, identify opportunities, and resolve operational issues.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive work environment.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate performance and make data‑driven decisions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a fast‑paced e‑commerce or logistics environment.
• Proven track record in managing teams, driving operational excellence, and achieving business targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and adapt strategies.
• Experience in negotiating and managing partnerships with solid understanding of global trade.
• Fluent in English and proficient in another language relevant to the region.
