Facility Manager – North Region

About the role

We are seeking a highly‑driven Facility Manager for the North region to lead real‑estate, asset, and facilities operations in Islamabad. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of infrastructure projects, from site scouting and acquisition to launch, relocation, and revamp of dark stores.

Key responsibilities

• Manage real‑estate, facilities, and asset maintenance, ensuring performance KPIs are met.
• Oversee building maintenance, asset audits, and third‑party contract compliance.
• Lead the launch, relocation, and refurbishment of dark stores, handling site scouting, execution, and handover.
• Supervise contractors on budget, specialty, and project execution; conduct site visits for quality and timeliness.
• Handle permits, licenses, and municipal approvals, ensuring zoning, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Plan and manage repair and maintenance schedules, maintaining strong relationships with service providers.
• Identify and assess potential sites for stores and warehouses to meet operational needs.
• Negotiate leases and contracts for cost‑effectiveness and alignment with company goals.
• Continuously identify process improvements and stay updated on industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real‑estate and facility management.
• Proven project‑management experience, especially in acquisitions and expansions.
• Technical understanding of equipment and installations in facilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in Urdu and English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workplace.
