Factory Manager (Senior)

About the role

Shan Foods is seeking a senior‑level Factory Manager to lead the factory team, overseeing production, maintenance and engineering services to meet production plans, KPIs and strategic deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Translate operations strategy into a factory plan focused on productivity, quality, HSE and cost control.
• Execute production plans on time, ensuring customer satisfaction and zero‑loss mindset.
• Drive continuous improvement to achieve targets on OEE, cost, waste and plan conformance.
• Allocate resources for production and maintenance, manage budgets (revenue & capex) and assets.
• Lead site loss analysis and implement cost‑saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, HSE, product safety, security and utilities regulations.
• Support training activities for production staff and maintain a motivated succession pipeline.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10‑15 years experience in Food, CPG or FMCG industries.
• 8‑10 years experience in manufacturing management, including maintenance.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management and analytical problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• 5S, Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
• Safety & GMP standards, GMP manufacturing.
• OSHA safety regulations.
• EPA and related environmental regulations.
