About the role
ZAAR CLOTHING is seeking a full‑time Fashion Designer to join its Islamabad team. The designer will create original concepts, develop sketches and turn ideas into detailed technical designs for seasonal collections.
Key responsibilities
- Develop original concepts and cohesive garment collections.
- Create sketches and detailed technical specifications.
- Select fabrics, trims and coordinate embroidery and embellishments.
- Oversee fittings and ensure final pieces meet design and quality standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to refine samples and maintain consistency across collections.
- Adhere to project timelines and seasonal design schedules.
- Research fashion trends, gather market insights and contribute to seasonal planning.
Required profile
- Strong fashion design skills with ability to develop original concepts.
- Experience working with textiles, including fabric selection and suitability.
- Proficiency in embroidery design and application.
- Hands‑on experience with garment fitting, construction and silhouette adjustments.
