Fashion Designer – Premium Streetwear Brand

About the role

RAAHI is a premium Pakistani streetwear brand seeking a creative Fashion Designer to help shape its debut collection. You will work directly with the Founder & CEO and Creative Director to translate the brand’s cultural narrative into contemporary streetwear pieces.

Key responsibilities

• Design original streetwear collections, including t‑shirts, hoodies, jackets, outerwear, and accessories.
• Develop graphics, silhouettes, prints, embroidery, patchwork, and overall garment concepts.
• Conduct fashion, cultural, and market research to spot emerging trends.
• Create mood boards, colour palettes, concept presentations, and seasonal design directions.
• Produce detailed technical sketches and production‑ready tech packs.
• Source fabrics, trims, and embellishments that align with RAAHI’s premium positioning.
• Collaborate with production partners throughout sampling and development.
• Refine designs based on fittings, feedback, and production feasibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in fashion or apparel design, or a strong portfolio for fresh graduates.
• Demonstrated originality, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Deep understanding of garment construction, fabrics, washes, printing techniques, embroidery, and trims.
• Ability to translate creative concepts into commercially viable products.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
