Fashion Designer – Western Wear

About the role
Design new launches across our western wear range, including jackets, outerwear, denim, and shirts for US, UK, and EU markets. You will take each product from concept to approved sample, collaborating closely with the Pattern Master and sample team.
Key responsibilities
- Research trends, competitor launches, and customer feedback to generate new product ideas.
- Create sketches, mood boards, and design concepts.
- Prepare tech packs with measurements, materials, trims, colors, and construction details.
- Select fabrics, linings, and trims within quality and cost targets.
- Brief the Pattern Master, review samples for fit and finish, and provide correction notes.
- Maintain records of designs and approved samples and coordinate launch timelines.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of western wear design experience.
- Experience in jacket or outerwear design is a strong plus.
- Strong hand and digital sketching abilities.
