Female SDRs – US B2B Outbound Sales (Fresh Graduates & Experienced)

About the role

BPO Impact is expanding its US B2B Construction Sales campaign and seeks confident, energetic female Sales Development Representatives to engage contractors, builders and business owners across the United States. Both fresh graduates and experienced sales professionals are welcome.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US‑based prospects and qualify business opportunities.
• Introduce BPO Impact services, handle objections and book sales appointments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up via calls and emails.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales KPIs.

Required profile

• Strong spoken English, confident communicator and presentable.
• Energetic, quick learner, ambitious and goal‑oriented.
• For experienced candidates: 2+ years in SDR, BDE or outbound B2B sales, with US/international campaign exposure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
