Field Medical Advisor

About the role

The Field Medical Advisor will support Nestlé Infant Nutrition’s medical department by strengthening scientific communication and positioning the brand as a reference in evidence‑based infant nutrition. You will serve as a trusted source of scientific information for field teams, healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate, up‑to‑date scientific nutrition information to field teams, HCPs and KOLs.
• Plan and execute daily priorities, field visits, scientific activities and stakeholder engagements.
• Review scientific literature, respond to medical queries and validate key messages.
• Support compliant, science‑led interactions with HCPs/KOLs and address product concept questions.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with KOLs, HCPs, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare stakeholders.
• Organise and support symposia, conferences, workshops, round‑tables and training sessions.
• Monitor competitive scientific activities, track KOL development and prepare regular reports.
• Ensure strict compliance with WHO Code, local regulations and Nestlé policies.

Required profile

• Minimum MBBS or DPharm; MBA and/or Diploma in Nutrition is a plus.
• 5‑7 years of experience in KOL engagement, medical and scientific communication within infant or child nutrition.
• Strong medical and nutrition knowledge with proven ability to communicate scientific data.
• Demonstrated experience working with field teams and healthcare professionals.
• Commitment to compliance with WHO Code and company policies.
