Field Sales Executive - IT Solutions & AI Sales

About the role

WalQalum Technologies is hiring a Field Sales Executive in Lahore to promote KiddieCove, an AI-powered school management platform, to schools, colleges and other educational institutions. This is a field-based, individual contributor role where you visit schools, meet principals and owners, understand their needs and show how KiddieCove can help. Full product training is provided, and the technical team supports you with demos and proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and visit schools, colleges and educational institutions within the assigned area
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calls and referrals
• Meet principals, owners and administrators to understand their needs and present KiddieCove
• Coordinate with the technical team for product demos and proposals
• Follow up with prospects and manage deals through to closing
• Maintain records of visits, leads and deals, and share weekly activity reports
• Meet monthly sales and visit targets
• Represent WalQalum at education events, expos and networking sessions when required
• Share market feedback, such as competitor offerings and common school questions, with management

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of field sales experience
• Confidence in meeting new people and good communication in Urdu and English
• Experience selling software or selling to schools is a plus
