Field Sales Executive

About the role

Galaxy Eleven POS is seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our on‑site team in Rawalpindi. You will be responsible for identifying prospective business customers, delivering in‑person product demonstrations, and guiding them through the sales process to adopt our cloud‑based POS solution.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and engage potential B2B customers across retail, hospitality, and multi‑location businesses.
• Conduct on‑site product demos and clearly explain how the POS platform addresses operational challenges.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from negotiation to closing and onboarding new clients.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and coordinate implementation with internal teams.
• Collect market feedback, build long‑term relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (preferred).
• Own a bike and a valid driving licence.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Comfortable working on‑site and spending significant time in the field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for lead tracking.
• Competence in using spreadsheets (e.g., Excel) for data management.
• Experience with presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint) for demos.
• Basic understanding of POS systems and cloud‑based software.
