About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive our outdoor sales efforts. The role involves generating new business, building lasting relationships with customers and dealers, and achieving sales targets across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and market research.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and develop buyer relationships by maintaining regular contact.
  • Negotiate deals, close sales and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and grow solid working relationships with customers, dealers and the Business Area.
  • Track progress toward sales volume, market share and target achievements.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform product and service improvements.

Required profile

  • 1‑2 years of proven outdoor sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
  • Ability to conduct market research and evaluate customer requirements.
