Field Sales Executive

About the role

The Field Sales Executive is the face of Jaeno in the market, meeting business owners in person to demonstrate the AI‑powered communication app and secure sign‑ups. This on‑ground role is ideal for someone who enjoys field work, building relationships and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Visit cafes, salons, clinics, shops and gyms in assigned areas to introduce Jaeno.
• Demonstrate the app, address objections and complete onboarding on the spot.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for new business sign‑ups.
• Build trust‑based relationships with local owners and provide feedback on market needs and competitor activity.
• Report daily field activity and sign‑ups to the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of field or direct sales experience in any industry.
• Comfortable meeting new people daily and traveling within the market.
• Strong communication and convincing skills; fluent in Urdu (English a plus).
• Confident, energetic, target‑driven and self‑motivated.
• Owns a bike or has a valid driving licence (preferred).
• Existing relationships with local businesses or SMEs are a bonus.
