Field Sales Executive

About the role

Vereon is looking for a Field Sales Executive to find and sign up new business customers across Islamabad and Rawalpindi. Most of the day is spent in the markets meeting shop owners face to face, showing them the company's apps and getting them set up. You will own your area, your leads and your numbers, report to the Sales Lead and work closely with the onboarding team.

Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm, with one day a week at the office in DHA Phase 1, Islamabad.

Key responsibilities

• Visit shops, wholesalers, boutiques and other small businesses in your assigned area every day
• Build and keep up to date a list of leads in your area
• Follow up on leads passed to you from marketing, referrals and partners
• Recruit and manage referral partners in the markets who introduce you to new shops

Required profile

• At least 1 year of field sales experience, ideally in FMCG, telecom, mobile wallets, banking, POS or distribution
• A track record of meeting sales targets
• Fluent Urdu and Punjabi; basic English for reporting
• Confident talking to business owners of all ages and backgrounds
• Good knowledge of the markets in Islamabad and Rawalpindi
• Own motorbike and a valid driving licence
• Intermediate or above; a bachelor's degree is a plus

Required skills

• Comfortable with WhatsApp and mobile apps
• Good to have: experience selling software, POS or digital payment products, and existing contacts in local markets
