Field Sales Representative

About the role

The Field Sales Representative will work full‑time on‑site in Lahore, visiting retailers, wholesalers and distributors each day. The role focuses on promoting Double Hathi Marka’s products, securing orders, and ensuring optimal product placement to drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail and wholesale outlets daily to present products and negotiate orders.
• Maintain and expand existing customer relationships while identifying new sales opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, collect competitor and customer feedback, and report insights to sales management.
• Prepare basic sales reports, track order details and ensure accurate data sharing with the team.
• Coordinate with internal departments for stock availability, delivery scheduling, and timely payment collection where required.
• Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Basic sales and customer service experience, preferably in FMCG or retail distribution.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to plan daily routes and meet sales targets.
• Ability to work independently, travel frequently within Lahore and adapt to varied customer environments.
• Minimum education of high school; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.

• Proficiency with mobile phones or basic digital tools for order entry, communication and navigation.
