Finance Director – Pakistan & Bangladesh

About the role

Roche is seeking a Finance Director to lead the affiliate transformation across Pakistan and Bangladesh, overseeing finance, procurement, supply chain, and facility services.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial results, ensuring compliance with Roche Group Accounting, local standards, tax and customs.
• Drive business planning and local finance strategy aligned with global requirements.
• Collaborate with business leaders on strategic direction, portfolio planning and resourcing.
• Manage risk and value in volatile macro‑economic environments to sustain P&L.
• Connect affiliate priorities with regional and global ambitions.
• Lead procurement to balance cost, service quality, compliance and strategic partnerships.
• Contribute to regional and global finance work packages and champion inclusive leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of finance experience with a professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACA, CIMA) or a university degree/MBA.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and ensure financial governance.
• Strong business acumen, strategic agility and global perspective.
• Effective leadership and coaching skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
