Job description
Key responsibilities
- Ensure all reporting related to Income Tax, Sales Tax, financial statements and other reports are completed accurately and submitted within stipulated timelines.
- Prepare quarterly Advance Tax calculations in coordination with Tax Advisor.
- Ensure payment of principal and interest to Ministry of Finance as per repayment schedule.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly management accounts.
- Maintain compliance with IAS/IFRS and relevant SBP/SECP circulars for financial statements.
- Develop and recommend accounting policies and procedures.
- Liaise with external and internal auditors to support statutory and internal audit finalization.
- Prepare and present annual budget of schemes to trustee committee and relevant authorities.
