Finance Manager – Financial Planning & Control

About the role

We are seeking a commercially strong and detail‑oriented Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting and control for our operations in Pakistan. The role ensures accurate financial statements, compliance with regulations and effective cost management to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Develop, monitor and update budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
• Track costs, variances and profitability across all operations.
• Manage accounting close, reconciliations, cash‑flow and working‑capital reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
• Support internal and external audits and maintain audit‑ready documentation.
• Partner with operations teams to provide financial insights for decision‑making.
• Implement and improve financial controls, governance frameworks and processes.
• Oversee invoicing, billing, collections and vendor payments.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in finance, accounting or financial management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; professional qualification (ACCA, CA, CPA) preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Experience in facilities management, construction or services industry is a plus.

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Financial reporting, budgeting and cost‑control expertise.
• Cash‑flow management and working‑capital monitoring.
• Audit preparation and compliance knowledge.
