Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end finance function, including financial planning, reporting, compliance, and business partnering. The role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution in a dynamic, growth‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall finance function including accounting, reporting, treasury, and taxation.
• Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Ensure strong financial governance, compliance, and internal controls.
• Partner with business leaders to support decision‑making and profitability improvement.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
• Oversee statutory audits and regulatory requirements.
• Develop financial models to support business expansion and new market entry.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing finance team.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of financial management, compliance, and business operations.
• Exposure to international financial institutions is preferred.
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on in a growing organization.
• Experience working with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• High integrity, ownership mindset, and attention to detail.
