Finance Manager – Lead Finance Function

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the company's finance function, providing strategic financial leadership, ensuring accurate reporting, and driving operational excellence across accounting, planning, treasury, tax and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee finance and accounting operations, establishing strong governance and internal controls.
• Develop, implement and monitor financial policies, procedures and compliance with IFRS and US GAAP.
• Review and approve monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and present performance insights to senior management.
• Drive the annual budgeting process, periodic re‑forecasts, long‑term financial planning, scenario analysis and financial modeling.
• Manage cash‑flow planning, liquidity, working‑capital optimization and treasury activities, including banking relationships and FX risk mitigation.
• Oversee corporate tax, sales tax, payroll tax compliance and ensure timely statutory filings.
• Lead external audit coordination and maintain relationships with auditors, banks, tax advisors and regulatory bodies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance and accounting functions in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP reporting standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling initiatives.
• Experience overseeing treasury, cash‑flow management and tax compliance.
• Effective communication skills for presenting financial performance to senior leadership.
