Finance Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing technology services company operating in Pakistan and the United Kingdom. This fully remote Finance Manager position will own the entire finance function, building processes from the ground up and ensuring financial health across both markets.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of client invoicing, from generation to delivery, and maintain accurate billing records for a multi‑client portfolio.
• Track payment status in real time, follow up on overdue invoices, maintain an aged receivables dashboard, and escalate persistently overdue accounts.
• Support tax compliance by preparing documentation for tax lawyers, liaising with advisors in Pakistan and the UK, and staying current on FBR and HMRC requirements.
• Prepare monthly balance sheets, income statements, cash‑flow statements, and consolidated financial records in PKR and GBP.
• Produce regular management reports, build 3‑6 month cash‑flow forecasts, and highlight financial risks early.

Required profile

• Comfortable working in ambiguity and building finance processes from scratch.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and relentless in following up on receivables.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.

Required skills

• Experience with invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable management.
• Knowledge of tax compliance for both Pakistan and the United Kingdom.
• Proficiency in preparing financial statements and cash‑flow forecasts.
