Finance & Operations Associate

About the role

Milele Prime, a CFD brokerage, is looking for an Operations & Finance Associate to help build and run its brokerage infrastructure. This hands‑on role involves market research, coordinating with liquidity and payment service providers, and supporting finance and accounts setup.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research on the CFD/forex brokerage landscape, competitors, and vendor options.
• Support evaluation, onboarding, and ongoing management of Liquidity Providers (LPs).
• Assist with Payment Service Provider (PSP) selection, onboarding, and integration.
• Support finance and accounts setup, including reconciliation and reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to keep projects moving.
• Prepare reports and documentation to support operational and strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a business‑related field; Accounting & Finance background strongly preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience; recent graduates and early‑career candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Quick learner who can pick up new domains independently.
• Strong execution and follow‑through.
