Financial Data Analyst – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Data Analyst to join our remote team. The analyst will work with global stock market disclosures and regulatory filings, delivering high‑quality financial data for institutional investors.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze stock‑exchange announcements and regulatory filings from global markets.
• Monitor insider trading, director dealings, and major shareholding disclosures.
• Extract and verify information from annual reports, proxy statements, SEC filings, and other corporate documents.
• Track corporate actions such as share buybacks, stock options, RSUs, and share issuances.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Basic understanding of financial markets, stock exchanges, and corporate filings.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
