Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Associate

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Associate to support the Service Line Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting and Analysis (PBFA) Lead. You will contribute to strategic decision‑making by delivering high‑quality financial planning, performance reporting, analytics and business insights across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the PBFA Lead with budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and financial planning activities.
• Analyse large, complex data sets to provide insights on revenue, profitability, utilization, margins and other key business indicators.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, scorecards and presentations for senior leadership.
• Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, forecasting and strategic decisions.
• Perform variance analysis, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and support ad‑hoc reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Experience Management, Talent, Markets and GDS teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Participate in process‑improvement, reporting enhancements and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Professional accounting or finance qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CPA, CMA, CIMA) – preferred.
• Experience in professional services, consulting or a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
