Finish Engineer – Tops/Knitwear (Lahore)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finish Engineer to lead finishing development and bulk execution for tops and knitwear products. Based in Lahore, you will ensure that all finishes meet aesthetic, quality, compliance and cost targets while supporting seamless transition from product development to large‑scale production.

Key responsibilities

• Manage finish development from concept through bulk production, meeting quality, cost, lead‑time and execution goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to guarantee on‑time delivery, testing compliance and risk mitigation.
• Develop and source finishes according to design briefs, aiming for first‑time approvals and rapid turnaround.
• Maintain development systems such as PLM, GPPTL, formulas and digital records.
• Conduct risk assessments at FLA and CS stages and approve lab dips, fabric developments, strike‑offs and hand‑looms.
• Support vendors with updated testing standards, capability enhancements and bulk finish tolerance limits.
• Establish quality process controls at laundry and ensure bulk production meets LS&Co testing standards and approved shade bands.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of hands‑on experience managing tops/knitwear product development and finishing through bulk production.
• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Technology or a related field.
• Based in Lahore, Pakistan and available for full‑time onsite work.
