Fleet Manager

About the role

The Fleet Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Gujranwala. This role oversees daily fleet operations to ensure the timely and efficient transportation of agricultural products.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule, dispatch, route and monitor vehicles for optimal performance.
• Manage maintenance schedules, coordinate repairs and track fuel usage.
• Maintain fleet documentation and ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
• Analyze operational data to improve cost efficiency and overall performance.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to align fleet activities.
• Supervise drivers, promote safety and enforce company policies.
• Prepare operational reports and manage vendor relationships.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives across the logistics function.

Required profile

• Strong fleet operations and management experience, including scheduling, routing, maintenance coordination and driver supervision.
• Operations management skills such as process optimisation, resource planning and coordination with logistics and supply‑chain teams.
• Knowledge of DOT or equivalent transportation compliance standards.
• Analytical ability to use data, reporting and metrics for decision‑making.
• Relevant experience in logistics, transportation or agribusiness environments.
• Proficiency with fleet management software, GPS tracking tools and basic office applications (preferred).
• Effective communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively on‑site in Gujranwala.
• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics or related field (advantageous) or equivalent practical experience.
