Flight Attendant

About the role

We are seeking a professional, presentable, and customer‑focused Flight Attendant to ensure passenger safety, comfort, and a high standard of onboard service.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure passenger safety, comfort, and well‑being throughout the flight.
• Welcome passengers, assist with boarding, and guide them to their assigned seats.
• Conduct pre‑flight cabin checks and ensure safety equipment is available and functional.
• Demonstrate safety procedures and communicate important flight information.
• Provide professional onboard hospitality and assist passengers with their needs.
• Handle passenger queries, concerns, and complaints with courtesy and professionalism.
• Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies, following established safety procedures.
• Coordinate with the flight crew to maintain service quality and operational standards.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in aviation, cabin crew, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and a professional attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
• Presentable, courteous, and well‑organized personality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Relevant education and any required aviation training or certifications are an advantage.
