Flutter Developer (4-6 years experience)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Flutter Developer with 4–6 years of mobile application experience to join our team. You will be responsible for building high‑performance, cross‑platform apps for Android and iOS using Flutter and Dart.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications with Flutter and Dart.
• Create reusable, scalable components and integrate REST APIs, third‑party libraries, and external services.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA, and product managers.
• Optimize performance, responsiveness, and overall user experience.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve bugs; participate in code reviews.
• Manage app deployment on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Use Git for version control and ensure security, data protection, and scalability.
• Stay updated with the latest Flutter trends, tools, and technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 4–6 years of mobile application development experience.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on Flutter development.
• Strong proficiency in Dart and state‑management solutions (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX).
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications, Analytics).
• Knowledge of mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM or Clean Architecture.
• Familiarity with native Android/iOS concepts and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent debugging and performance‑optimization skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
