Folio Collector – Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Folio Collector – CSR supports hotel partners by gathering and reconciling guest room receipts after checkout. Working closely with clients, finance and operations teams, the role ensures accurate financial records and swift resolution of discrepancies.

Key responsibilities

• Collect electronic and paper room receipts from hotels after guest checkout.
• Reconcile receipt charges against booking information and flag inconsistencies.
• Investigate discrepancies in collaboration with clients, hotel partners, finance and operations.
• Maintain organized electronic filing in Windows folders and a web‑based database.
• Process high volumes of receipts efficiently while adhering to internal controls.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call‑center environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
• Ability to make judgment calls, stay organized and manage competing priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, night‑shift environment.
