Foreign Exchange Dealer

About the role

The Foreign Exchange Dealer position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Rawalpindi. You will handle daily foreign currency transactions, execute buy and sell deals, and ensure that rates offered to customers reflect current inter‑bank market conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Process day‑to‑day foreign currency transactions and manage cash currencies.
• Support foreign remittance and demand draft services while maintaining accurate transaction records.
• Monitor currency markets, provide clear guidance to clients, and build lasting business relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and secure processing of funds.
• Adhere to risk‑management procedures, anti‑money‑laundering guidelines, and internal controls.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of currency markets and foreign exchange trading.
• Solid foundation in finance, basic financial analysis, and risk awareness.
• Effective communication skills for client and colleague interactions.
• Attention to detail in cash handling, record keeping, and regulatory compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer‑based trading and transaction systems.
• Familiarity with MS Office and basic data entry.
