Foreman – Production & Maintenance Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead production and maintenance activities, ensuring cost‑effective operations while meeting quality, safety and efficiency standards. The role involves coordinating operators, managing daily work distribution, and overseeing machine upkeep in line with our production plan.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and train operators on quality, health & safety, and operational procedures.
• Assess training needs and develop operator skills.
• Allocate daily work to meet production planning demands.
• Ensure compliance with machine, process and quality‑assurance work instructions.
• Manage product changes according to established procedures.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot breakdowns and record actions per procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the work area following GMP and 6S standards.
• Participate in internal audits, address non‑conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee waste segregation at source and proper disposal.
• Record equipment failures in SAP and ensure accurate use of SAP, TREX and barcode systems.
• Monitor operator leave and overtime.

Required profile

• DAE or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics.
• Minimum five years of technical experience in an industrial setting.
