Forward Deployed Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work remotely with enterprise customers, deploying and integrating AI solutions at scale. The role bridges the gap between product engineering and client operations, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of cutting‑edge machine‑learning models.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure AI/ML models and supporting infrastructure for enterprise clients, meeting performance and scalability targets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real time to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather feedback and refine solutions based on customer needs.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for deployed systems to support ongoing operations and future roll‑outs.
• Provide technical leadership to customers through training, best‑practice guidance, and proactive support.

Required profile

• Proven experience deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production environments.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to diagnose complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.

• Python programming
• Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP or Azure
• Containerization with Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes
• CI/CD pipeline implementation
• AI/ML model deployment and scaling
