Forward Deployed Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join a leading technology services firm on a full‑time remote basis. The role focuses on delivering AI solutions directly to enterprise customers, ensuring smooth implementation, adoption, and ongoing reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and configure AI models and supporting infrastructure for enterprise clients, meeting performance and scalability targets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real‑time to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather feedback and refine solutions based on customer needs.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for deployed systems.
• Provide technical leadership through training, best‑practice guidance, and proactive support.

Required profile

• Proven experience deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production environments.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to diagnose complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
