Forward Deployed Marketer – B2C

About the role

YeildYeild is seeking a Forward Deployed Marketer (B2C) to work directly with client portfolios, leveraging the company’s AI‑driven content platform to design, execute and optimise marketing campaigns. The role is remote and reports directly to the founders.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of B2C clients and help them achieve growth targets.
• Use YeildYeild’s AI tools to research, generate, curate and refine social‑media content ideas.
• Collaborate with creative teams to turn concepts into polished, on‑brand assets.
• Set up, manage and optimise social‑media and paid‑advertising accounts.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and surface growth opportunities.
• Communicate client insights to product and engineering teams.
• Design or recommend AI‑based workflows that improve marketing execution.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in brand management, growth marketing or social‑media marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social platforms and paid advertising.
• High‑performance track record with a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and willingness to experiment with new tools.
• Creative flair and meticulous attention to craft.
