FP&A Manager

About the role

Act as the lead finance business partner for VEON's Payments & Digital Assets business, providing financial planning, analysis, and commercial insight to support strategic decision‑making, resource allocation and performance management across wallets, remittances, payments and digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and long‑range planning processes for the Payments & Digital Assets portfolio.
• Build and maintain robust financial models covering revenue, unit economics, cost base and profitability across product lines.
• Act as finance business partner to product, commercial and operating teams, embedding financial rigor into day‑to‑day decisions.
• Evaluate pricing, corridor economics and partner terms to ensure sustainable margins.
• Develop and stress‑test business cases for new products, markets and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and ad‑hoc financial reporting packs for senior leadership and Board discussions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Finance, with strong FP&A or Commercial Finance background.
• FinTech, payments, digital wallets or financial services experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; CFA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders.
