About the role

ibex. Learning Academy (ILA) is offering a free, full‑time training program in Lahore for individuals who want to become Certified Customer Service Professionals (CCSP). The program equips participants with the communication, language and technical skills required to work in customer‑facing roles for local and global companies.

Key responsibilities

• Master written, verbal and non‑verbal English communication, grammar and fluency.
• Develop fast and accurate typing and general computer proficiency.
• Learn to use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Order Management Systems (OMS) tools.
• Participate in mock interviews, weekly assessments and skill‑building workshops.
• Collaborate with industry trainers and prepare to represent Fortune 500 and Silicon Valley companies.

Required profile

• Minimum Matric or O‑Levels qualification; Bachelor’s degree or diploma is a plus.
• Age 18 years or older (CNIC required at interview).
• Basic English grammar and verbal skills (A1/A2 level minimum).
• Basic computer usage and typing ability.
• Strong commitment to personal and professional growth and a can‑do attitude.
• Fresh graduates or students seeking entry‑level roles in Lahore or Karachi.
