About the role

We are a fast‑growing marketing agency seeking a Freelance Talent & Partnership Acquisition Specialist to help us attract high‑performing team members, affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners. This remote, performance‑driven position offers uncapped bonuses based on successful hires and partner activations.

Key responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and screen qualified candidates for agency positions.
• Manage candidate outreach, schedule interviews, and maintain talent pipelines.
• Identify, contact, and activate influencers, content creators, and affiliate partners across social platforms.
• Maintain partnership records, generate reports, and support agency growth initiatives.
• Research communities, build prospect lists, and create new partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills.
• 1‑3 years of experience in recruiting, sales, outreach, business development, or influencer marketing.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and results‑oriented.
