Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a professional, well‑presented Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and patients. The role requires excellent English communication, a polished personality, and the ability to deliver a premium experience in a fast‑paced clinic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
• Manage appointments, scheduling, and patient check‑ins/check‑outs.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle patient records and administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to high‑profile and premium clientele.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1‑2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Customer Service Representative.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Professional appearance and pleasant personality.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
